Terms and Conditions

1. Services

SASO Saber provides compliance support and coordination services for SABER certification, including product assessment, Technical Regulation identification, document preparation, testing and inspection coordination, and liaison with certification bodies.

2. Not a Certification Body

SASO Saber does not issue PCoC or SCoC certificates. These are issued by SASO-approved Conformity Assessment Bodies. Our role is to support and coordinate the certification process.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete product information, technical documents and manufacturer details. Errors or omissions in client-supplied information may delay or prevent certification.

4. Fees

Service fees are agreed in writing before work begins. Fees for certification bodies, testing laboratories and inspection services are separate and additional. We will provide estimates before coordinating these services.

5. No Guarantee of Outcome

We do not guarantee that a PCoC or SCoC will be issued, or that goods will be cleared by Saudi customs. Certification decisions are made by independent bodies.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential and share it only with third parties as necessary to perform the services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
